Investors' documents are checked by a lawyer who knows about all the nuances of due diligence checks. He looks for facts in the personal or business background that may interfere with obtaining citizenship of Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Due Diligence pre-screening reduces the risk of denial of citizenship after verification up to 1%. The verification is confidential. The investor only provides a passport.

Preparation of documents
Based on the requirements of the program and the results of due diligence, lawyers draw up a list of required documents. It includes personal and financial documents: for example, passports, certificates, bank statements.

Lawyers certify copies of documents, fill out forms, draw up written statements or affidavits. When the package of documents is ready, it is sent to the department of the citizenship program of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
