Preparation of documents

Due diligence

When the Dominica Citizenship Program Department receives the documents, the due diligence begins. It lasts from 2 to 6 months. Sometimes during the audit, questions arise: for example, the department asks to send additional documents or provide explanations.

Approval and fulfillment of the investment condition

Up to 1 month

The Program Department informs lawyers that the application has been approved. When the notification is received, the investor fulfills the investment condition: makes a subsidy to the fund or pays for real estate. For this he is given 30 days.
